Opel Diplomat cabrio by Fissore

Collegues, what do you think about the Opel Diplomat cabrio by Fissore models? I mean Neo and Matrix.
I have found some short notes in older posts, but no specific discussion, no comparison. I see they present slightly different prototypes, but how accurate they are? What drawbacks do they have? Do they worth their money? Is one of them much better than another? Any comments are welcome. Thank you in advance.
