The last Hostaro Opel model

4 different versions of the Olympia Rekord 1953 made by Hostaro . Ready but never released , these models where purchased on Ebay . Mr Cornelis Hoogstad was the seller and I haven't hesitate ! These are realy an important addition to my collection .

thanks for the pictures and the information about Hostaro.

I have never seen these models before - the only ones I know (and own) are from Elicor. Can you tell us something more about the Hostaro ones?

I bought these models to Mr. Hoogstad on Ebay . I think he was Hostaro owner . I've heard that he was now with Hilario team . These Olympia Rekord 1953 were ready for production , but never sold as Hostaro . In the e-mail he sent he says that only 6 persons own these Hostaro models . I don't know nothing more . Please watch part of his e-mail in "Galerie" topic , and at the bottom of my Olympia Hostaro posts .

Looking at these excellent models , minus point are small things , no window trim , logos on the wheels and rear lights not painted , usual today . Leader models aren't as good , even if the body is good they have a bad grille and wheels and poor detail and they were very expensive , in Portugal I've paid between 40 and 50 euros for them 15 years ago .
